HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

Schedule a no cost 30 minute meeting to discuss mutual fit.  We are only interested in working with clients where there is a good mutual fit and we assume you want the same.  If agreed we schedule a Sales Best Practices Audit.

What is required for the sales best practice audit?

It’s an investment of 60 to 90 minutes of your time and $2,500.

WHAT IS A FRACTIONAL SALES MANAGER?

A Fractional Sales Manager is a part-time, outsourced Sales Executive, who removes the burden of sales management from the owner and delivers superior skills to this critical position in a small to mid-sized company.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each week, the SalesQB will work with you and your team to improve lead generation, add structure the sales process, leverage sales technologies, create a pipeline model and accountability, and individually coach reps.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

You can access a superstar sales manager for about 1/3 the cost of the below-average sales manager you can afford. The SalesQB program streamlines sales management to the vital tasks which allows the SalesQB to spend only 1/2 day each week with each client.

HOW LONG DO MOST COMPANIES NEED A SALESQB OR FRACTIONAL SALES MANAGER?

Once your process is fully implemented, you can retain your SalesQB to manage the process or turn it over to one of your people. This process takes time, but the system will become a vital asset to your business. We recommend you retain your SalesQB to coach and manage your staff, but you are free to take the system created and run with it.

How do you Manage Sales Part-Time?
